Enthusiasm Wins

“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” ― Confucius

While at the gym one day, I expressed my frustration to a fellow spinner that despite diet changes and a consistent workout routine, I had been unable to lose even a pound in the past couple of months. She empathized with me and on the way out of class said, “If you ever need any help, let me know. I’m a nutrition and wellness consultant.” Talk about complaining to the RIGHT person! She handed me her card and I said I would get back to her.

But when I went home to check out her website and learn more about her business, I was surprised to find she didn’t have one. The next day I saw her again and told her I had looked for her website. She replied, a little dejected, “Yes, I’ve been working on it for months but I haven’t been able to finish it yet.” Talk about complaining to the RIGHT person! So I smiled and handed her my business card.hand-shake-and-smile
